  1. But I've never seen this image before...Before we discuss Source Art, it is important to 
  2. point out that Idea Source¬ projects, Gallery ideas 
  3. and all demonstration videos use artwork from 
  4. Electronic Clipper¿, Designer's Club¿ and Electronic 
  5. Print Media Service¿ art products.  If you see images 
  6. that don╒t appear familiar to you, chances are they 
  7. were supplied by a different art service than the one 
  8. you subscribe to.  It is for this reason that content 
  9. of Idea Source tends to place more importance on the 
  10. techniques and creative ways to manipulate ANY 
  11. illustration, not just the ones seen in the demonstrations.  
  12. What you learn from an Idea Source session can be applied 
  13. many different ways.  We╒ll supply the ideas and techniques 
  14. that you can add to your "bag of tricks." If you do see one 
  15. of those "I sure could have used that one" images, you 
  16. will also see where it came from.  Idea Source sections 
  17. provide an image number and the name of the art service that 
  18. the image came from.

  20. Idea SOURCE ART - What is it?
  21. The artwork that you find in this folder is provided to you 
  22. as a free bonus and can help to serve two purposes.  First, 
  23. images included in the Source Art folder can be used to take 
  24. examples created in Idea Source a step further.  Experimenting 
  25. with what you have seen without having to start from scratch.  
  26. Second, if you do not have access to the software or artwork 
  27. used to create these examples, you can still take advantage 
  28. of the results.  Lastly, in the process of making Idea Source, 
  29. it is necessary to create original artwork that is specific to 
  30. the program.  These images are most often PICT format files 
  31. designed for screen applications (72 dpi).
